SHIPPING & TRACKING
Shipping Policy
For orders placed in the contiguous United States, UPS Ground promises delivery in 1-5 business days. Orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska will ship via USPS and delivery can be expected in 3-7 business days.
Expedited and overnight orders must be placed by 11 AM MST to ensure that they are shipped the same day. All orders with upgraded shipping placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day. Please allow 24-48 hours from the time of order placement for tracking information to populate.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped an email will be sent to your email address provided with all relevant tracking information for you to track the progress of your parcel.

Lost Package
If your item says it was delivered, but it was not, please, keep an eye out for the package for the next 3-5 days. If it still has not been delivered, please reach out to us at info@lerasamgolf.com. We will file a claim for the lost package and send you a replacement order as soon as possible. If the original package arrives after we've sent a replacement order, please email us and we will provide a shipping label for you to return the package back to us.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Return and Exchange Policy
At LeraSamGolf we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Our return and exchange process will make your experience as easy as possible!
Email us at info@lerasamgolf.com with your item details to begin your return or exchange. Please note that $8 shipping fee will be charged to your original method of payment.
Only unnworn or unwashed merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the original order delivery if accompanied by original tags.
Please note, we are unable to accept any items marked "Final Sale". All Final Sale items are ineligible for prepaid return labels, and if included with another returnable item, will not be accepted or refunded.
When will I receive a credit back on my original method of payment?
You should receive credit within 3 weeks of the package arriving at our facility. We appreciate your patience as we are working diligently to process returns.
I accidentally ordered the wrong size. How can I exchange it for the correct size?
